CPL looks at a wide range of experiences, even including standardized examinations like CLEP (College-Level Examination Program and college-designed challenge exams. Community service, military education and training, and other life experiences that align with academic course objectives could be eligible for credit. Additionally, credits may be awarded for industry-recognized certifications, and completed training programs. Trained staff and faculty will walk students through the process.

Anthony Dos Santos enrolled at 17c起草视频 to earn his AAS in Emergency Management after more than 20 years in county law enforcement. 17c起草视频 is addressing a critical need for alcoholism and drug abuse counselors in Sullivan County by offering full scholarships to eligible New York State residents to complete the Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counseling Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in combination with the Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) program. The AAS program provides the opportunity for students to complete the required 350-hour educational training and begin field placement hours as a first step to becoming CASAC certified. In addition to major-specific coursework this program offers a Liberal Arts base to help prepare students for advanced degrees.

Sullivan County continues to face public health challenges related to substance use. The Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor Program scholarships eliminate financial obstacles, covering tuition, mandatory fees, and CASAC application and exam costs. Additionally, students receive stipends during their program-related internships, ensuring they can focus on gaining the skills and experience needed to become certified CASAC professionals.

The determination of affordability is based on a comprehensive review of tuition costs across similar programs in the region. The evaluation factors the total cost of education, including in-state and out-of-state tuition fees, program duration, and additional required expenses. Met Music Director Yannick N茅zet-S茅guin takes the podium on May 17 to conduct 厂迟谤补耻蝉蝉鈥檚 one-act tragedy, which will be transmitted live from the Metropolitan Opera stage to cinemas worldwide. Leading the company鈥檚 first new production of the work in 20 years, Claus Guth, one of Europe鈥檚 leading opera directors, gives the biblical story a psychologically perceptive Victorian-era setting. South African soprano Elza van den Heever leads a celebrated cast as the abused and unhinged antiheroine, with Swedish baritone Peter Mattei as the imprisoned prophet Jochanaan; German tenor Gerhard Siegel as Salome鈥檚 lecherous stepfather, King Herod; American mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung as his wife, Herodias; and Polish tenor Piotr Buszewski as Narraboth.

The Metropolitan Opera鈥檚 2024鈥�25 Live in HD season comes to a close with a live transmission of 搁辞蝉蝉颈苍颈鈥檚 effervescent comedy on May 31. Russian mezzo-soprano Aigul Akhmetshina headlines a winning ensemble as the feisty heroine, Rosina, alongside American tenor Jack Swanson, in his Met debut, as her secret beloved, Count Almaviva. Moldovan baritone Andrey Zhilikhovsky stars as Figaro, the ingenious barber of Seville, with Hungarian bass-baritone Peter K谩lm谩n as Dr. Bartolo and Russian bass Alexander Vinogradov as Don Basilio rounding out the principal cast. Giacomo Sagripanti conducts Bartlett Sher鈥檚 madcap production.
