Lever is the former executive director of budget & planning at Mercy College in Westchester and has extensive experience working for SUNY, including as senior budget analyst with the SUNY System Administration Office and as assistant budget director. Most recently, Lever served as the associate vice president and chief financial officer at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.
