Each student requesting accommodations for a disability must self-identify to the Dept. of Learning and Student Development in order to determine eligibility to receive special services and accommodations. Students who are requesting accommodations for a disability may contact the ADA Specialist directly to self-identify, at adelossantos@sunysullivan.edu.
2. Documentation may or may not be necessary to put accommodations in place. Many students choose to provide their information, but you do not need documentation to explore accommodations. Please contact the ADA Specialist directly to self-identify at adelossantos@sunysullivan.edu, regardless of whether or not you have documentation.
3. Every student and every request is unique. A conversation about your experiences and expectations will help determine if additional information is necessary to support your accommodation requests.
