Hard copy marked up pages are not acceptable and will not be accepted as approved changes. For accuracy and appropriate content management reasons, the Communications Office will not be responsible for retyping content for any reason. Most changes will be applied within 3-4 full business days; however, there will be some exceptions. Change requests may not be fulfilled exactly as requested, as edits must be applied in alignment with the website鈥檚 architectural structure. Our website sometimes links out to third-party pages that are not under our control; we cannot make changes to these pages (Sullivan Generals athletics page, Hermann Memorial Library, My.SUNYSullivan, etc.). For more substantial website change requests or for questions, please email Eleanor Davis at edavis@sunysullivan.edu to discuss in more detail prior to submitting the form below.

The Office of Communications will create an appropriate outreach strategy for individual cases. Promotions are scheduled well in advance and for outreach to be effective it needs to be planned and coordinated with sufficient lead time. Please provide as much notice as possible.
