The 17c起草视频 Theater Arts Program is proud to present Avenue Q, Music and lyrics by Robert L贸pez and Jeff Marx and book by Jeff Whitty. Winner of the 鈥淭riple Crown鈥� for Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book at the 2004 Tony Awards, Avenue Q tells the timeless story of a recent college grad named Princeton who moves into a shabby New York apartment all the way out on Avenue Q. Directed by 17c起草视频 Theater Professor Jessica L贸pez-Barkl, with musical direction by Leon Hilfstein and Saudy Familia, Avenue Q is the Theater Arts Program鈥檚 musical offering for its 2023-2024 Identify Season.
鈥淎s college students embark on their journey in life, they are confronted with identity issues,鈥� said L贸pez-Barkl. 鈥淓ach of the plays in our season will find characters at a crossroads of their identities and the stories that will be told will be how they deal with those crossroads.鈥�
Avenue Q will be performed Friday and Saturday November 10鈥�11, at 8 pm; Sunday, November 12 at 2 pm; and Wednesday鈥揝aturday, November 15鈥�18 at 8 pm, in the Seelig Theatre in the E Building on the 17c起草视频 campus. Tickets are a suggested donation of $10 to the 17c起草视频 Theater Program/Performing Arts Club. Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office or in advance at .
