The 17c起草视频 Theater Arts program is proud to announce performances for Jack Sibblies Drury鈥檚 鈥淔airview,鈥� a 2019 Pulitzer Prize-winning piece directed by Nick L贸pez. The 2023-2024 Theater season explores the theme of identity, with each play delving deep into the difficult choices characters make as they begin to determine who they truly are.
“Fairview” adheres to this theme as an examination of families, drama, family dramas, and the insidiousness of white supremacy. Winner of the 2019 Pulitzer Prize, which The New York Times called 鈥溾�azzling and ruthless鈥ne of the most exquisitely and systematically arranged ambushes of an unsuspecting audience in years鈥�’Fairview’ is a series of perspective-altering surprises.鈥�
鈥淔airview鈥� will be presented in the Seelig Theatre on April 26, May 2, and May 4 at 8 p.m., and on April 28 at聽2 p.m.
